The screen should look something like this.
On the left side of the screen is your computer and on the right side is your website. Now you should be connected to your website. Next, click the word Connect in the upper left-hand corner. You should now be viewing the home screen of FireFTP. Because when you connect, you will already be inside the right folder where your files are stored both on your computer and on the web.
